Fady, I passed this your way as others said you fixed this test. Is that case? Can we remove the early out if mus?

It is fixed for surface sync without mus, but I haven't confirmed with --mus yet.

chromeos: removes early out for content_browsertest

After your fix GLAndSoftwareCompositing/CompositingRenderWidgetHostViewBrowserTestHiDPI.ScrollOffset/0
is no longer flaky with mus.
