Okay, noted as a block for zako only. Advise if the scope is broader. Can we get this triaged / assigned?

I have seen it on an Acer C720. I am on the Dev channel. I have not used the machine much since the latest update to 4389,117.0 a couple of days ago, so I am not sure if it is still an issue or not. I tended to see it mainly when using graphic heavy apps, mainly Citrix Receiver.

I am seeing this behavior on three Asus Chromeboxes, all running Version 64.0.3282.41 (Official Build) beta (64-bit). In my case the background seems to be more impacted than the browser window.
