Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.108 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: N/A What is the expected behavior? Thumbnails on the New Tab Page can be customized and user-defined. This way you can set 12 favorite websites that will appear on your new tab. Such websites can be appointed from the bookmark manager. What went wrong? Instead of user-defined thumbnails, the browser randomly generates thumbnails, many of which are sites that were only rarely used or are otherwise not wanted right on the New Tab Page. Furthermore, it is difficult to get the browser to add a site to the thumbnails in many cases that you do want a site on the thumbnails. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 63.0.3239.108 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version:
