dneelamegam@, could you please try to see if you can repro this issue in Google Keep. What's the Android version of that device? It looks like a known bug in Android Nougat (7.0) [1], you probably want to flash that device to a later version of Android such as 7.1.1 to see if that will fix the issue. dneelamegam@, I have trouble to connect to our Moto G4 devices to my desktop, adb command doesn't work at all, and the device charges very slowly. Do you know how to correctly connect the desktop and issue adb commands?

Since this is a user device, we can't do to much debugging with it. I also found that language is Burmese language, Google translation [1] shows that the menu item text string is "copy" in Burmese. I believe WebView passed the correct resource id, however this OS didn't give the correct string for English. WebView can't do anything in that case. I am closing this as won't fix, and open it up to public since there is nothing confidential. [1] https://translate.google.com/#my/en/%E1%80%80%E1%80%B0%E1%80%B8%E1%80%9B%E1%80%B1%E1%80%B8 |
