Issue descriptionChrome Version: Google Chrome 62.0.3202.97 (Official Build) (64-bit) Chrome OS Version: 9901.77.0 (Official Build) stable-channel zako Chrome OS Platform: HP/Zako Network info: Irrelevant Steps To Reproduce: (1)Download a PNG file with multiple layers. (2)Navigate to the local path once it is downloaded (3)Open the PNG file using the native Gallery app. Expected Result: PNG should be displayed normally like in the browser: https://screenshot.googleplex.com/yOKUqfitzZQ.png Actual Result: The image is displayed but the Background gets black out: https://screenshot.googleplex.com/x0cYfLvdXyb.png How frequently does this problem reproduce? sometimes, sample PDF file: https://drive.google.com/file/d/12qxuqXJTf-TDHoaeS1eMNDa_F5mp3-YZ/view?usp=sharing What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? The impact is low since the workaround is to open the file in the browser.
