App icons show up as generic icon

A bunch of Chrome apps did not sync. See screenshot in attached file. If user tap on any of the apps with incomplete icons either nothing happens or the chrome window pops up.eg Calculator long time since oobe so probably all logs are lost.

Just assigning to Khmel who asked for repro steps for this atleast 2 months ago.

No repro steps, but it's still showing up in the wild.

We had several fixes in app launcher also there is no logs in feedback reports.
