Can't open the Webstore from chrome only my home PC

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.108 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. I'm opening the 'extensions' through the 'more tools' at the setting tab 2. My current extensions shows two icons; the webstore icon and the youtube icon. 3. By clicking on the webstore icon the page is failing to open giving and Error 404 [attached image 1 for reference] 4. Moreover, unwanted invisible popups are appearing automatically [P.S. This issue is irrelevant to the actions mentioned above. however, I think it is related to the same bug, reference image 2 attached as well] Invisible means that the actual content of the popups never appears except as shown on the attached image 2. What is the expected behavior? Expected behavior is opening the webstore and searching/downloading extensions; and no unwanted popups What went wrong? All started by having a malware on my PC. Mcafee team managed to remove the malware. Notwithstanding, the chrome issue mentioned above still remains. N/A Chrome version: 63.0.3239.108 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: I tried many times to reinstall the chrome, with no difference. The bug still remains. I also tried to use uninstalling programs to remove all the related chrome files before reinstalling. However, same problem is still occurring.

Unable to reproduce the issue on Win-10 using chrome reported version #63.0.3239.108 and latest canary #65.0.3310.0. Attached a screen cast for reference. Observed that extensions are shown by clicking the 'more tools' at the setting tab, webstore also open successfully by clicking the web store icon and no invisible pop up is seen. moemen83@ - Could you please check the issue on latest canary #65.0.3310.0 by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions and please let us know if the issue still persist or not. Thanks...!!
