Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.108 Safari/537.36 Example URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. setlocaldescription + setremotedescription 2. set the same local sdp + setRemoteDescription with some changes 3. Sometimes, the second setlocal may take long time to return success What is the expected behavior? the second Setlocaldescription should return success immediately What went wrong?
