Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Launch Chrome in Guest mode.
2. Open the Chrome Web Store at the URL linked above.

What is the expected behavior?
Chrome Web Store displays "Some functionality of the Chrome Web Store is not available in Guest mode." In fact, it would be even better if it explicitly stated that extensions can't be installed and that all you can do is browse.

What went wrong?
Chrome Web Store displays "Some of the functionality of the Chrome Web Store is not available in the Incognito mode." in Guest mode even though Incognito mode and Guest mode are not the same. This could cause confusion for some users that have less technical knowledge/experience and don't realize that it's just Chrome.
