Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open chrome://bookmarks.

What is the expected behavior?
Although list mode is the default, tile mode is an option.

What went wrong?
There is no option for tile mode. In other words, list mode is the only mode.

There was a tile mode with Google's first attempt to redesign the bookmark manager, but everyone hated it (although in that instance, tile mode was default).
