Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Set Chrome to always display the bookmarks bar.
2. Create enough bookmarks in the bookmarks bar that some will overflow and be placed under a menu on the bookmarks bar.
3. Open the menu and find a bookmark to delete.
4. Right-click the bookmark and click Delete.

What is the expected behavior?
The bookmark is deleted, and the bookmark menu remains open. This works correctly with the Other bookmarks menu off of the bookmarks bar.

What went wrong?
The bookmark is deleted, and the bookmark menu instantly closes. If you are looking through your bookmarks for a site that you bookmarked, and notice something that you don't need and delete it, you have to reopen the bookmark menu because it closed when you didn't want it to close. If you are trying to clear out old, unnecessary bookmarks and don't want to go to the bookmarks manager for some reason or another, you have to reopen the menu each time you delete a bookmark.

If someone wants to close the bookmark menu after deleting a bookmark rather than leaving it open, they can do so simply by clicking on any part of the browser window away from the bookmark menu, even with this bug fixed.
