Issue descriptionChromes OS: M65 build (10272.0.0, 65.0.3299.0) dev channel on caroline device. Steps to repro: 1. In Laptop mode, snap two windows (browser/ chrome app/ settings) side by side. 2. Hover over the divider between the windows. 3. A small split resize box appears along the divider. 4. Switch to tablet mode. 5. Windows are in full screen size. But, the split resize UI still appears. It doesn't vanish. 6. Come back to laptop mode. 7. This split resize UI remains for sometime and then vanishes. Expected behavior: The small split resize UI must disappear when switched to tablet mode. Actual behavior: The UI box was a remnant of laptop mode which got retained even in tablet mode.
