repo init -u https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromiumos/manifest.git --repo-url https://chromium.googlesource.com/external/repo.git -g minilayout

libcxx does not compile. [log enclosed]:

git-2_initial_clone: can't fetch from https://android.googlesource.com/external/libcxx.git


"cros_workon --board arm64-generic start sys-libs/libcxx && repo sync" work around the problem.
