Request to enable NFS and CIFS in the kernel.

Reported by catfact...@gmail.com, Jan 2 2018

Issue description

Version of Google Chrome (Wrench-> About Google Chrome):
Version of MSI (if applicable):
Using group policy settings? No

Please statically compile NFS and CIFS into the kernel. I have to rebuild the modules every time there's and update and there's really no reason for them to be turned off anyway.

I don't feel like this is an enterprise request and to be honest doubt this is going to happen but applying the right label for the request so that the responsible engineers can decide what to do.
