Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3309.3 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Load the attached ZIP archive as an unpacked extension in Chrome. 2. View the options for the Chrome Options Test extension. What is the expected behavior? Options pages which are too large for the screen should scroll within the displayed options dialog. See "Chrome 63 Stable.png". What went wrong? In Chrome Canary, as part of the new extension UI, the options dialog styling was changed so that it no longer scrolls. Instead, it will extend past the bottom of the screen, totally inaccessible to the user. See "Chrome 65 Canary.png". Did this work before? lmenard@ Thanks for the issue. Able to reproduce this issue on Windows 10 on the latest Canary 65.0.3310.0. Issue is seen only on Canary builds and is not reproducible on equivalent Dev builds. Note: Issue is not seen on the Mac OS on the latest Canary and on Ubuntu 14.04 equivalent Dev build. Attached are the screen cast of the behaviors on the Canary and Dev build of reported version. Marking this issue as 'Untriaged' and requesting someone from Dev team to please look into this issue. Thanks..

I can confirm this happens in Chrome Version 65.0.3325.146 (Official Build) (64-bit) on MacOS as well too. I am going to release my extension reverting to the old "options_page" setting rather than "options_ui" because this bug makes my extension's options unusable.

I finally gave up hope and added a "bodywrapper" div with a static height and overflow-y auto.

You can revert to the old ["options_page"][0] setting rather than the "options_ui". The former opens its own tab, which does not have the scrolling issue. That is what worked for me. Once this scrolling issue is fixed, I plan to use "options_ui" again. [0]: https://developer.chrome.com/extensions/options
