I have a workflow that involves opening URLs from my editor via some operating system dispatch mechanism.  On my Mac, this results in the URL being opened in, as best I can tell, the last Chrome browser window that was active, which (given that I switch between spaces on mac all the time) is usually some other browser window in some other space.  A better behavior would be for the URL to be opened in a browser window that is in the currently active Mac OS Space.
