jmadill: sorry for the late notice here! Looks like the angle roll r526346 with your CL  "Re-land "Vulkan: Roll loader/validation layers SDK. (2/2)"" is the only CL in the range, and it caused a 200KiB increase in binary size on Windows. Is there anything that can be done?

Status: Duplicate (was: Untriaged)
This was an unfortunate consequence of needing to disable Vulkan entirely when we roll, then re-enabling. Not actually a regression. Marking as a dupe of prior issue.
