Tested the issue in Android and could not reproduce the issue. Steps Followed: 1. Launched Chrome . 2. Navigated to https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-one/orig-development/rom-kernel-unofficial-lineageos-14-1-3-t3626403 3. Downloaded something 4. Able to see the downloaded file in downloads from menu and also visible in notification menu as well. Chrome versions tested: 63.0.3239.111 OS Android 7.0.0 Android Devices 7.0.0; SM- J710F Build/NRD90M @pcvideo.us: Could you please find the above observations and help us with details of your device and a screencast for further triaging of the issue. I sent a feedback with log in the name as "Log for issue 798259". It looks like that Download windows could be trying to connect to some google websites which couldn't be accessed behind the Great Firewall of China. It will show once I bypass that GFW. I wonder if you guys are collecting information of downloads when that window is opened.
