Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3309.0 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open Dev tools 2. Type a css property such as "justify content" 3. A list of predictions doesnt appear 4. Type a letter 5. Delete the letter 6. A list of predictions appears What is the expected behavior? The list should appear automatically What went wrong? The list doesn't appear unless you add text and then remove it Did this work before? Unable to reproduce the issue on chrome reported version 65.0.3309.0 using Mac 10.12.6 with the steps mentioned below: Steps followed to reproduce the issue: 1) Launched chrome reported version 2) Opened Dev tools 3) Entered css property as "justify content" and clicked Tab 4) A list of predicitons appears as excepted @Reporter: Could you please find the attached screencast for your reference, please try to test this issue by creating new person with no extensions and apps in it and let us know if the issue still persists. Thanks!

In 65.0.3309.0 using Mac 10.12.6 with no extensions I still have the problem, cant really think of whats different
