Regression : Minimize, Close Icons of Files App are seen missing when Minnie device is in Tablet Mode

Chrome Version:  65.0.3299.0/10259.0.0  dev-channel Minnie 
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into User -> Now use Minnie device as Tablet (flip over the screen to put it into tablet configuration)
(2)Now open Files App -> Observe for Minimize, Close Icons (Please refer Screenshot)

Expected: Minimize, Close Icons should be seen when device is in Tablet Mode
Actual: Minimize, Close Icons are seen missing when device is in Tablet Mode

This is Regression Issue as same is working fine in M-61

Note :
1.Checked Issue in 2 Minnie devices
2. Issue is seen in M-62 also

I assume this is WAI.
You can show the minimize/close button by swiping from top-edge to down.
This behavior is common among all apps (not only in Files app).

Omri, please reopen the bug if I'm wrong.
