What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign-in to user>> Open Network File Share for Chrome OS app and observe
Actual:Some unwanted message is seen when opening the app and it doesn't stay more than 2 secs. If it's intended the message should stay for sometime till we read.
Expected:No such issue should be seen
This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in M59
