Non-Regression: Buttons are overlapping in Text App

Chrome Version: 65.0.3299.0/10259.0.0 Blaze, Minnie & Quawks
OS:Chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign-in to user>> Open Text app
(2)Keep the LHS menu open and click on Search icon and observe

Actual: Dropdown icon and minimize icon are overlapping
Expected: No buttons should overlap

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M55

This is fixed in the canary version. This fix won't propagate to stable until a new stable version is uploaded to the web store, which won't happen until the UI refresh has gone through QA tsting etc. So I'm blocking this issue on the launch of the UI refresh.
