Regression: Only Text continuation(...) is seen in Files App when menu is dragged to LHS

Chrome Version: 65.0.3299.0/10259.0.0 Blaze, Minnie & Quawks
OS:Chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign-in to user>> Open Files App
(2)Drag the Left menu completely to LHS and observe

Actual: Only Text continuation(...) is seen 
Expected: Atleast one letter should be seen befor text continuation(...)

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine on M56 stable

Files app: Widen min-width of directory tree.

This CL changes the min-width of directory tree slightly wider to make
sure that at least one English character of the top-level volume is visible.

Test: Manually tested on 1x and 2x device scales.
