Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open example URL page in mobile-friendly layout

What is the expected behavior?
After clicking picture there is run action visible in normal page layout

What went wrong?
Pictures are not clickable and because of it cannot be resized (in full layout page this happens after clicking them)

Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes

Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A 

Did this work before? No 

Does this work in other browsers? N/A

Chrome version: 65.0.3306.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: 7
Flash Version: 

This could be potentially FR, but... when pictures are too small they're not useful and for user it looks more as bug

Are you talking about the images in anchor tags that navigate to the large image when touched? I see the expected behavior on mobile with the same version of chrome you are reporting.

Is it some other image on the page that is not working?

Am I misunderstanding the problem?

Could you tell us exactly what mobile device you are using?

These are exactly these images, 

please observe them in the page in mobile-friendly layout (available after clicking "Make page mobile-friendly") and not in the mobile page layout (like you probably did),

issue seems to be device independent, it was discovered on S7.

Based on the info in comment #2, specifically the observation the problem arises in the desktop site made mobile friendly, I am changing the component. It's a guess though. Who owns mobile friendly layout?
