Non-Regression: Chopped focus is seen in Change Channel overlay

Chrome Version:65.0.3299.0/10259.0.0  Blaze, Minnie & Quawks
OS:Chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user >> Launch chrome >> open Customize and control Google Chrome/Help/About Google Chrome 
(2)Click 'Detailed build information'->CHANGE CHANNEL
(3)Zoom the page to 67% and Observe the focus.

Actual:Chopped focus is seen 
Expected:No chopped focus should be seen

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-59

Note:Note: Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS
