[Restrict-View-Google] Selecting a long press on a specific Internet article does not cause pop-ups such as copying, sharing, and dictionary.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Select a long press on specific internet articles.

What is the expected result?
Pop up such as copying,sharing and dictionary should appear.

What happens instead?
It doesn't cause pop-ups such as copying, sharing, and dictionary.

Issue was raised for naver app.
We verified in latest version of chrome: 66.0.3359.106 issue is not reproducing.
Please mark it close from our side.
