[css-grid] grid-column-gap, grid-row-gap and grid-gap are not animatable

Check for the attached example and you'll see that these properties are not animatable.

Note that these properties are going to be renamed as part of  bug #761904 ,
and column-gap (the one currently used in multicolumn is already animatable).

Last, these properties are animatable in Firefox and Edge, but not in Safari.

Status: Fixed (was: Available)
As column-gap from Multicolumn was already animatable.
This was fixed while unprefixing the properties in  issue #761904 .
