Chrome Remote desktop does not reflect second screen of a dual-monitor device

Issue description

ChromeOS version: 62,63,64 
ChromeOS device model: Asus C101P, Asus Chromebox CN62, HP Chromebook 13 G1 

Case#: 13653082

Description: 
Chrome Remote desktop does not work properly when connecting to a dual-monitor device from a single-monitor. Only main display screen is shown and controls might become unresponsive.

Steps to reproduce: 
- Connect external monitor to Chrome book or two monitors to a Сhromebox
- Share the screen in Chrome Remote Desktop 
- Access the shared session with any other device that have one display

Current Behavior / Reproduction: 
Second screen does not show up in Chrome Remote Desktop session  

Expected Behavior: 
Second screen available at sharing session

I can not reproduce this issue on Chrome v.62 and v.63 on Windows 10 or on Ubuntu 14.04
