an annoyance

i cant hear a thing when its talking and thats very bad for when im watching streams when i type says everything its annoying and i hate it plz get rid of it

Many issues of ChromeVox speaking when it should not were fixed in version 63. Please try updating to the latest version: https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/177889?hl=en
