ChromePaymentRequestDelegate provides a wrapper that returns the email of the authenticated account.
CvcUnmaskViewController provides SigninManager and PO2TS to a ProfileIdentityProvider instance. One question here is why ProfileIdentityProvider is being used. Does that instance get passed to something else that knows it only as an IdentityProvider?
