Convert //ios/chrome/browser/ui/authentication to talk to Identity Service client lib

AuthenticationFlowPerformer gets the hosted domain of the user’s authenticated account and calls AccountTrackerService::PickAccountIdForAccount().
SignedInAccountsViewController gets the info of all accounts from PO2TS and AccountTrackerService.
There are also test dependencies.

We need to have the solution in place for obtaining account info for all accounts synchronously in the post-Identity Service world to do this conversion.
