Steps to reproduce:
  1.  Launch chrome beta
  2.  Menu --> New incognito tab.
  3.  Tap on tab switcher --> Switch back to normal tab.
  4.  Long press on any of the content suggestions (add any item to reading list) --> Tap on read later.
  5.  Menu is in Blue color --> Tap on Menu --> Tap on NTP --> Menu is now in grey color 
  6.  Tap on tab switcher --> Switch to incognito tab.

Observed results:
Notice that the Menu is still in blue color in incognito tab.

Expected results:
Menu should change to grey color even in incognito tab.
