Issue descriptionChromeRenderViewHostTestHarness installs a factory that builds a fake SigninManager TestingProfile notifies OAuth2TokenServiceDelegateAndroid that it is running in tests. Eliminating these dependencies/changing them to interact with the Identity Service client lib will be a task for the tail end of the global conversion, when we have most/all of the uses of this code converted.
