Regression : Unnecessary ChromeVox focus is seen on Blank screen after clicking on 'Sign out' option in Lock screen

Chrome Version:  65.0.3299.0/10256.0.0 Wolf,Paine and Cyan
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into User -> Now make sure that 'Accessibility' option is available at System Tray -> click on Uber Tray and select 'Lock' option
(2)Now in Lock screen select ChromeVox(spoken feedback) option(from 'Accessibility' at Uber Tray) ->Click on Password field of User so that Orange Focus is seen -> Now Click on 'Sign out' option
(3)Now observe Unnecessary Orange focus is seen on screen
(Please refer Video and Screenshot)

Expected: Unnecessary Orange focus should not be seen on clicking 'Sign out' option in Lock screen 
Actual: Instead Unnecessary Orange focus remains in Blank screen

This is Regression Issue as same is working fine in 63.0.3239.116/10032.75.0 Stable-channel Paine

Note : Issue is seen on M-64 beta also

I think this is working as intended, or I can't reproduce the original. Upon clicking "sign out" with chromevox enabled, the orange focus ring disappears about the same time the screen goes black from the log out. This is on M73 canary. Closing as obsolete.
