My facebook page doesn't load properly

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.108 Safari/537.36

meriemiusein@ Thanks for the issue.

Tested this issue on Windows 10 and Mac OS 10.12.6 using the latest Stable 63.0.3239.108 and Canary 65.0.3306.1 and unable to reproduce this issue by following the below steps.

1. Launched Chrome and logged into www.facebook.com
2. Opened Devtools and scrolled over facebook feed for a while and cannot see any error on the console of Devtools.
No issues are observed while loading the feed in facebook.
Attached is the screen cast for reference.

Request you to please retry the issue on a new chrome profile without any flags/extensions and update the thread with the observations.

This will help determine the source of net::ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED

Yay!  Though I hope it was flake and not a bug in Chromium we've missed an opportunity to fix.
