Issue descriptionChromeOS Version: 10256.0.0 Chrome: 65.0.3299.0 What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Switches to floating keyboard. (2)Open floating keyboard background page. (3)In JS console, enter "window.moveBy(-100, -100) What is the expected result? floating keyboard move up 100px and left 100px. What happens instead? floating keyboard position doesn't change.
