Having issues connecting to internet after ChromeOS update

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; Android 7.0; LGMS550 Build/NRD90U) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.111 Mobile Safari/537.36
Platform: 9901.77.0 (official build) stable-channel edgar

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. have tried different websites.
2. have tried different accounts
3. Have tried resetting all settings

What is the expected behavior?
Expecting network settings to work after clearing cache resetting router and clearing dns cache.

What went wrong?
Computer is no longer connecting to the internet or allowing me to browse the internet, have tried using guest accound and have the same issue.

Did this work before? Yes The previous version before I updated ChromeOS
