task manager keyboard shortcut changed, but hasn't?

Project Member Reported by rdb@chromium.org, Dec 28 2017

Issue description

Chrome Version : 62.0.3202.97
OS Version: 9901.77.0
URLs (if applicable) : https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/183101

Other browsers tested: N/A

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Hit search-escape to open task manager
2. Task manager opens
3. Chrome System notification appears in tray saying that the keyboard shortcut for task manager.... (I assume this ends in 'changed')
4. Clicking on the notification takes me here:

https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/183101

What is the expected result?

That page shows me the new task manager keyboard shortcut.

What happens instead of that?

There doesn't appear to be a keyboard shortcut for task manager listed there. I don't think the keyboard shortcut has changed. The notification may be triggered erroneously.

FYI, hitting Ctrl + Alt + ?
to see all keyboard shortcuts shows that search-escape is still the keyboard shortcut to open the task manager.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

do you mean shift escape? that is an old shortcut. Correct one is search escape, which is what you described in your bug, however it should not bring up a notification. Please re-open this if needed.

I'm 99% sure I hit search-escape, not shift-escape, and the notification came up anyway. But since I can't be sure, I'll reopen this if it happens again.
