Chrome is discarding tabs too often

Reported by billdill...@gmail.com, Dec 28 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.108 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
I'm using Chrome stable version 63.0.3239.108 (64-bit) on Windows 10 (version 1709), my laptop has 4GB of RAM and a little too often, when I click on a tab that I haven't clicked on in about 30 to 40 minutes, the page/tab has to reload, because it was discarded... I'm not really doing anything intensive on this system, less than 15 tabs and Chrome is the only window open! The only anti virus on the system is Windows Defender. I doubt Chrome because very RAM hungry recently so, maybe the tab discarding is too aggressive? 4GB of RAM isn't that bad, I shouldn't be seeing tabs reloading this often AND this could also lead to data loss if someone is typing in a text field that does not have auto-draft save functionality.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Please look into this, if you need any more information I am happy to help

@Reporter could you please check on chrome stable version #66.0.3359.170 and Let us know whether the issue still persists.

Thanks!
Yes, I still see tabs discarding more often than I think they should but I suppose 4GB of RAM is not enough, I guess this can be closed now, I'm sure the Chrome team is aware of this issue by now
