It doesn't seem to want to work with the HP Wireless Keyboard. The keyboard works off a wireless dongle. It worked in the past. I plugged in the same keyboard into the Acer Chromebook and the shortcut fails to work there too.

I tried using http://tyw7.blogspot.co.uk/2016/09/review-victsing-waterproof-mechanical.html and the short cuts work. The offending keyboard is https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-2.4ghz-wireless-multi-media-keyboard-and-mouse/4056966

Weird enough the keyboard shortcuts worked in previous versions. So some code change must have broke compatibility.

looks to be something with that particular keyboard, since the shortcuts otherwise work. I'm not sure if this shouldn't be filed in a different component then...
