Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. open any video subpage in the http://joemonster.org/filmy 2. open new context menu for hand up graphic What is the expected behavior? IMAGE tab contains hand up graphic What went wrong? Image is not displayed at all Did this work before? No Chrome version: 65.0.3305.0 Channel: canary OS Version: 7 Flash Version: From testing perspective it's totally different situation than for all other reported bugs; please do not mark as duplicate before investigating and checking that root cause is different than for other bugs

Tested on Chrome Canary #65.0.3305.0 using Samsung SM-G935F Build/NRD90M Android 7.0.0 and observed that no empty space is displayed. Please find the screenshot attached. @marcin -- Could you please let us know if any pre-requisites are followed and the device details to reproduce the issue. Bug is totally device independent, for information purposes - it was S7. Please open new context menu exactly on the hand up graphic - you will see IMAGE tab then.

danielpark@ / ktam@ -- A gentle ping. Could you please look into this issue. Verified on latest Canary #66.0.3334.0 using SM-J710F Android 7.0.0 and still able to see the behavior mentioned in C#2, even after enabling the flag #enable-custom-context-menu. Thanks!

This case appears to be dependent on whether the image was fully loaded. Searching Google for "koala" and opening the context menu before the photo results finish loading (i.e. blurry), there won't be an image. Using Nexus phone.

For blurry images there is separate bug, this one is for example about this yellow hand up graphic (fully loaded)
