Media stops playing after pressing full screen

Chrome Version: 65.0.3304.0
Android Version: OPM1.171019.014

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open youtube.com and select any video
(2) Press play to start video playback
(3) Once playback has begun, press the fullscreen button

What is the expected result?
Video continues playing fullscreen

What happens instead?
Video playback hangs

Note: issue doesn't reproduce in current M64 beta.  Also, I'm enrolled in Chrome Hub in M65 but not in M64; unsure if that's related.
