autotest: are the .WARNING, .ERROR, and .INFO logs useful?

Project Member Reported by semenzato@chromium.org, Dec 27 2017

Issue description

I may have looked at logs other than the .DEBUG logs briefly when I started sheriffing, but on average it never paid, because I had to consult the .DEBUG log most of the times. I am wondering if others find them useful, and whether we shouldn't just get rid of them.

Not really. I think we should reasonably expect people to know how to grep or sed to filter out messages if they really wanted .ERROR and such.

Filtering out DEBUG is .INFO, filtering out DEBUG and INFO is .WARNING, and so on.

I think improving infra logging overall would be beneficial; removing these redundant log files would be a fixit sized chunk of such a project.
