1. Launch chrome and add couple of articles to reading list
2. Turn on device voice over
3. Tap on menu
4. Select Reading list

Observed results:
Notice that voice over is just reading as ‘Reading list button’

Expected results:
Voice over should be able to read the number of items that are shown next to reading list button.
