Video/youtube crashes, while switching from Extended mode to Mirror mode multiple times in HDMI/DP

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.84 Safari/537.36 Platform: APL Example URL: youtube.com Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Boot the System. 2. Connect HDMI/DP 3. Play any local video or youtube video. 4. change Extended mode to Mirror mode (multiple times). What is the expected behavior? video should play fine without any issue. What went wrong? while changing from extended mode to mirror mode(multiple times), video/youtube crashes with error Did this work before? Yes Chrome 64.0.3257.0 Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? not able to capture crashes details in chrome://crashes show "You have no recently reported crashes. Crashes that occurred reporting was disabled will not appear here." Please confirm how to check whether craches reporting is disabled.

if you don't see any crash report in chrome://crashes/, it is not a chrome crash then. Since this is a CrOS bug, give to Chromebook team.
