Should allow Visit URL if we clearly have selected a URL

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. http://aurumbit.org/electrum.lzs/README
2.  Highlight a URL.
3. Press down on it.

What is the expected behavior?
Can pick "visit URL".

What went wrong?
Only can do:  Copy, select all, web search, share.

Did this work before? N/A
