What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)In Sign-out screen,go to 'Add Supervised user'
(2)Open'Create supervised user' overlay >> Click on Take Photo
(3)Rotate the display(Ctrl+shift+Reload) and Observe camera perspective box

Actual: Chopped camera perspective box is seen when display is rotated to 90/270 degrees
Expected: No such chopped camera perspective box should be seen

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 60.0.3112.118/9592.100.0 stable channel Gnawty


Note:
1.Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS and other chrome devices like Candy,Peppy
2.Issue can be reproduce on M-62 as well
