Unfortunately, this is not an actionable report of a security vulnerability in Chrome. The URL in question just points to a news article when visited.

I suspect you're trying to report that you went to some site and something unexpected happened, like a page opened that tried to scam you into downloading some software or calling some phone number? Such "scareware" ads are unfortunately pretty common and can be alarming. Fortunately, in almost all cases you can get rid of them with no effect on your PC by simply closing the tab.

If you can provide a screenshot or otherwise provide more details, we may be able to do more to help.
