Developer tools display error on android 6.0.1.

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.84 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open the system is android 6.0.1 phone.
2. open browser.
3. navigate to https://www.google.com.
4. open chrome and chrome://inspect/#devices.
5. click inspect by opened webview.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
developer tools view display error.

Can you check the chrome version on the phone? DevTools use a front-end matching the version, and the problem you're experiencing is probably caused by  issue 489954 , i.e. support of /deep/ and ::shadow selectors being removed in m63. You can either update the browser on your phone on use an older version on the host to resolve the issue.
