In new Chrome version (63), elements in a table cell aren't resized when the row grows in height

Reported by toni.gar...@sirenum.com, Dec 27 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.108 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
I have used CSS to fix the problem so now it does not display

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create a page with a table and several rows
2. Add a div with some content in a cell and with height 100% and render the page
3. Add more divs in other cells in the same row that increase the height of the row

What is the expected behavior?
The first inserted div should keep the same height of the row so covering the full content of the cell

What went wrong?
With version 63 this does not happen anymore. The div is not resized

Does it occur on multiple sites: No

Is it a problem with a plugin? No

Did this work before? Yes Not 100% sure but it could be: Version 63.0.3239.84 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 63.0.3239.108 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
